Pulska grupa was formed in 2006 as an informal group which was later one of the co-founders of the initiative Za Muzil – I love Pula. Furthermore, it established the engineering cooperation Praksa which is also one of the supporters of the initiative Za Muzil. Pulska grupa is important because since its founding - which was marked by negative reaction of the government - it started to explore possibilities of developing the city different from those of the ruling class, organizing protests, meetings, discussions, public events and lectures. It has prepared the ground for the future actions of the initiative Za Muzil. Also, Za Muzil works closely with the organization Zelena Istra which gives support to the local civil initiatives.
